Age as on 01.04.2026: Minimum 20 years, Maximum 28 years (born between 02.04.1998 and 01.04.2006, both dates inclusive).

🎓 Eligibility – Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University (or equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government), qualification to be completed on or before 31.12.2026.
- Candidates in the final year/semester of graduation can apply provisionally, subject to producing proof of passing by 31.12.2026.
- Matriculate Ex-servicemen with Indian Army Special Certificate of Education (or Navy/Air Force equivalent) after 15+ years of service are also eligible.
- Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the specified local language of the State/UT applied for.

The post is suitable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) under categories: Blind/Low Vision, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disabilities (OA, BA, OL, BL, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Muscular Dystrophy, Acid Attack Victims), Autism Spectrum Disorder (Mild), Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability, Mental Illness, and Multiple Disabilities. Selection consists of three phases: Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Local Language Proficiency Test. Only the Main Exam score is used for the final merit list; Prelims marks are only for shortlisting.

Phase III – Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
Applicable only to candidates who did not study the opted local language in class 10th/12th. Consists of a Non-Verbal Test (Objective + Subjective, 3 passages each, 15 marks each) and a Verbal Test (20 marks).

Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- (₹24,050/- + two advance increments admissible to graduates)
Total Starting Emoluments: Approximately ₹46,000/- per month at metro locations like Mumbai (inclusive of DA and other allowances, plus two additional increments for newly recruited graduate Junior Associates). Employees are also eligible for Provident Fund, Pension under New Pension Scheme, Medical benefits, Leave Fare Concession and other perquisites as per Bank rules.

🏛️ Important Notes
- No provision for Inter-Circle/Inter-State transfer, except intra-state transfer between Delhi & Lucknow Circles (UP) and Mumbai Metro & Maharashtra Circles (Maharashtra).
- Candidates can apply for only one State/UT and can appear for this recruitment test only once.
- Not more than one application per candidate — multiple applications will lead to cancellation.
- Wait list of up to 50% of vacancies (state/category-wise) will be maintained, valid for one year.
- Trained SBI Apprentices get 2.5% bonus marks (5 out of 200) in the Main Exam, subject to conditions.
- Probation period: minimum 6 months, extendable based on performance and e-lesson completion.
- New recruits must be flexible for outdoor travelling, customer calls, cross-selling, and shift-based working hours.
