Minimum Age: 20 Years | Maximum Age: 28 Years
Candidates must have been born not earlier than 31.05.1998 and not later than 31.05.2006 (both days inclusive).

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India, or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- The graduation must have been completed on or after 01 January 2022.
- Candidates must be registered on the NATS Portal (nats.education.gov.in) to be eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training anywhere earlier, or are currently pursuing apprenticeship, are NOT eligible.
- Candidates who have one year or more of job experience after completing their educational qualification are also NOT eligible.
- No Ex-servicemen shall be engaged as an apprentice.
Nationality / Citizenship
A candidate must be a Citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who migrated from specific countries with the intention to permanently settle in India. Candidates in some of the above categories must hold an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.

Local Language Test
Candidates applying for a particular state must be proficient in the official/local language of that state (reading, writing, speaking, understanding). Those who have studied the specified language at 10th or 12th standard are exempted from this test (subject to producing mark sheets).
Merit List Tie-Breaking Rule
If two or more candidates score equal marks, they will be ranked by age in descending order (older candidate ranks higher).

How to Apply - Step-by-Step Process
Training Details & Contract of Apprenticeship
- Apprentices will be trained on banking practices, products, and processes.
- Entitled to 1 casual leave per month; no other type of leave is applicable.
- Daily working hours will be the same as clerical staff. No overtime permitted.
- After completion, apprentices may appear for an assessment test and receive a certificate.
- Apprentices are NOT employees of the bank and have no right to claim regular employment.
- Union membership is strictly prohibited for apprentices.
- The digital apprenticeship contract is issued through NATS/BEEP portals and must be accepted within the stipulated time.
Documents Required at Document Verification
Candidates must bring originals + self-attested photocopies of the following:
- Valid system-generated printout of the Online Application / Registration / Enrolment form
- Date of Birth proof (Birth Certificate or Class X certificate)
- Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID)
- All semester/year-wise mark sheets and Graduation Degree / Provisional Certificate
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) in the prescribed Government of India format
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (valid within 1 year as on advertisement date)
- EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by Competent Authority
- PwBD Disability Certificate in prescribed format from District Medical Board
- Any other relevant documents supporting eligibility
EWS & PwBD Reservation - Key Points
Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): Gross annual family income below Rs.8 Lakhs from all sources. The family must not own 5+ acres of agricultural land, a flat of 1000+ sq. ft., or a residential plot of 100+ sq. yards in notified municipalities.
PwBD Categories: VI (Blindness/Low Vision), HI (Deaf/Hard of Hearing), OC (Locomotor Disability - OA/OL/BL/OAL, Cerebral Palsy, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims, Muscular Dystrophy), and ID (Autism, Specific Learning Disability, Mental Illness).
PwBD Reservation is Horizontal - PwBD seats are distributed across all categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR), not as a separate vertical quota.
