Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Civil)
Official Notification: APGENCO has released Notification No. 01/CGM (Adm, IS&ERP)/2026 dated 25.06.2026 for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Civil branches. A Common Recruitment Examination will be jointly conducted for AP Power Utilities — APGENCO, APTRANSCO, APEPDCL, APCPDCL & APSPDCL.

B.E / B.Tech / A.M.I.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University in India.
B.E / B.Tech / A.M.I.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University in India.
B.E / B.Tech / A.M.I.E. in Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation & Controls / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Control / Instrumentation / Electronics Instrumentation & Power / Power Electronics / Computer Science & IT or equivalent.
B.E / B.Tech / A.M.I.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University in India.
Application Fee
Payment is through online Payment Gateway only.

On successful fee payment, a Journal Number will be issued to proceed with the online application.
Fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
Reservation Policy
SC (Groups I, II & III), ST, BC (A, B, C, D & E), EWS as per applicable G.O.s
33% horizontal reservation for women candidates
4% horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (SADAREM certificate required)
95% of vacancies are reserved for Local candidates per Zone; remaining 5% are Open (Local & Non-Local)

Service Bond Conditions
Important: Every selected candidate must execute a Service Bond on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs.110/- at the time of joining duty.

Induction Training
All selected candidates must undergo mandatory Induction Training for 3 months at the Training Institute / Dr. NTTPS. Posting orders will be issued only after successful completion of induction training. Candidates do not have the right to seek transfers from their designated posting during the bond period.
How to Apply Online
Visit the official portal and pay Rs.1,000/- through online Payment Gateway between 30 June - 20 July 2026. Note the Journal Number issued.
Register on the portal using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number (OTP will be sent). Keep your Aadhaar-linked mobile ready throughout the process.
Log in and fill in all required details — educational qualifications, academic details, zone preferences, category, etc. Do not leave any field blank.
Upload recent passport-size photo, scanned signature, and all required certificates (educational, community, PwBD if applicable, EWS, etc.) as clear, legible scanned copies.
Review all details carefully before submitting. Once submitted, no changes can be made to zone/utility preferences. Take a printout of the submitted application for reference.
