Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Doctor: MBBS with valid Medical Council registration. Must undergo MOSJE/NISD training within 3 months of joining.

- Counselor/Social Worker/Psychologist: Graduate in Social Sciences (Social Work/Psychology) + 1-2 years experience. Must know English & one regional language. De-addiction counseling certificate preferred.
- Peer Educator: Literate, ex-drug user with 1-2 years sobriety, strong communication skills, willing to work with drug-using populations, and agrees to abstain from drugs.

Selection Process & Marking Scheme
Selection will be conducted on a Merit-cum-Roster basis. The total evaluation is out of 100 marks:
75 Marks: Academic aggregate marks from the qualifying examination.
10 Marks: Experience weightage (1 mark per completed year after acquiring the qualification, max 10 marks).
15 Marks: Service weightage for Contract/Outsourcing/COVID-19 duties:
- Tribal Area: 2.5 marks per 6 months
- Rural Area: 2.0 marks per 6 months
- Urban Area: 1.0 mark per 6 months
- COVID-19 Duties: 5 marks per 6 months | 10 marks per 1 year | 15 marks per 1.5 years
