Work Experience
- Minimum 18 months of branch experience
- Must be post-basic qualification experience
- Experience as an Officer (not clerical)
- In any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the 2nd Schedule of RBI
- Experience cutoff date: 20.04.2026
- Present employees of Punjab & Sind Bank are NOT eligible to apply.
- Candidates can apply for only one state. No changes permitted after submission.
- Proficiency in the local language of the applied state is mandatory.
- A minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above is required at the time of joining.

JAIIB and CAIIB qualification increments (if already acquired) shall be protected and pay scale adjusted accordingly at the time of joining.
Probation Period, Bond & Service Obligation

Career Path & Restrictions
- Selected officers join the general cadre and are subject to Bank's general promotion policy.
- They will NOT be eligible for inter-state transfers, Controlling Office (ZO/HO) postings, or special branch postings (CBB, Currency Chest, ARB, RCC etc.) until promotion to SMGS-IV Grade or completion of 12 years of service, whichever is earlier.
- After 12 years of service or promotion to SMGS-IV, officers may be posted anywhere in India.
