Application Fee

Mode of Payment: Online only via BHIM / UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay) / Credit Card / CSC Wallet.
Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Applications without fee (for applicable candidates) will be summarily rejected.
Physical Standards (PST)
Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards. Knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein, or squint eyes will be disqualifying. Candidates must be medically fit for service in high altitudes and border areas.

Stage 4: Trade / Skill Test
Qualifying in nature. Out of 50 marks, a candidate must secure at least 20 marks to qualify. Test is practical and assesses proficiency in the respective trade.

How to Apply -Step-by-Step Guide
- 1Visit Official Website: Go to www.rect.crpf.gov.in. The portal is active from 20 April 2026 to 19 May 2026.
- 2Check Eligibility: Before registering, carefully read the notice and ensure you meet age, educational, and domicile criteria for the desired trade and state/UT.
- 3Step I -Registration: Click "I Agree" and register using your valid email ID, mobile number, and full name as per Matriculation certificate. You will receive a Login ID and Password on your registered email.
- 4Step II -Fill Application Form: Re-login and fill in Personal Details, Address Details, Qualification Details, Achievement Details, and select the post/trade and domicile state carefully. No changes are allowed after final submission.
- 5Upload Photo & Signature: Upload a recent colored passport-size photograph (35mm×45mm, 50-100 KB, JPG/JPEG, with date printed) and signature (black ink on white paper, 50-100 KB). Photo must not be more than 3 months old.
- 6Pay Application Fee: After form submission, pay Rs.100 online (if applicable) via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or CSC Wallet. Save the payment acknowledgement slip.
- 7Submit & Take Printout: Submit the form and take a printout for future reference. Application is accepted provisionally. Check payment status in your login dashboard.
- 8Download Admit Card: Admit cards will be available on the CRPF website at least one week before each stage. They are NOT sent by post. Carry two color printouts of the admit card to each stage.
Critical Instructions Before Applying
- Online form submission session expires in 30 minutes; re-login if needed.
- Only one application per candidate is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to cancellation.
- One candidate may apply for one post from each category (Technical & Tradesmen and Pioneer); mention preferences if applying for 2 posts.
- Domicile State mentioned in the application must exactly match the Domicile/PRC certificate at DV stage. No change is allowed later.
- Assam & Arunachal Pradesh candidates are not required to submit Domicile Certificate; residential verification will be done by District Authorities.
- Candidates must carry original documents at DV/DME stage.
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are NOT eligible.
- All posts are combatised; selected candidates must complete Basic Training.

Disqualification Criteria
You are NOT eligible if:
- You are not an Indian Citizen.
- You have entered into marriage with a person whose spouse is still living.
- You do not have the required domicile of the State/UT you are applying for.
- You are a Person with Disability (PwD) -all categories (HH, OH, VH, Autism) are ineligible.
- You have more than one application submitted under the same examination.
- Your age, educational qualification, or other eligibility conditions are not met as on the crucial date (01/01/2026).
CRPF does NOT charge money for recruitment. If anyone demands money to get you selected, you are being cheated. Immediately report to the Presiding Officer of the Recruitment Board, IG/DIG of the Recruitment Centre, or the nearest Police Station.
