🎓 Eligibility Criteria – Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 01.07.2026) for General & EWS candidates
  • Date of Birth should fall between 01.07.1998 and 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive)
  • NAPS-registered candidates must be less than 34 years as on the cut-off date (01.07.2026)

📚 Eligibility Criteria – Educational Qualification

  • A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Result must be declared on or before 31.07.2026.
  • For NATS-registered candidates, graduation result must have been declared between 01.03.2022 and 31.07.2026 (both dates inclusive).
  • Candidates must be Citizens of India.
  • Candidates should not have previously undergone apprenticeship with IOB or any other organization, and should not have 1+ year of job/training experience after graduation.

The stipend amount is inclusive of Government subsidy, if applicable. For NATS-selected candidates, the Government share of Rs. 6,150/- is credited directly via DBT, and the Bank pays the balance. Apprentices are entitled to 12 days casual leave per year (max 4 days at a time) and are not eligible for any other allowances/benefits.

Selection will be based on an Online Written Examination, a Test of Local Language (wherever applicable), and Document Verification / Personal Interaction.
