🎂 Eligibility – Age Limit
The age criteria are broadly uniform across all four districts:

Note: If a candidate is eligible for more than one post within the same district, a separate fee/DD must be paid and a separate application submitted for each post.
📝 Selection Process (Common Method — Total 100 Marks)
All four districts follow the same merit-based selection methodology, with no written exam or interview:
- 75 Marks – Aggregate percentage of marks obtained in all years of the qualifying examination (SSC or equivalent/relevant technical course).
- Up to 10 Marks – Experience weightage @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring the requisite qualification (reckoned up to the date of notification).
- Up to 15 Marks – Weightage for candidates who have worked on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis (including COVID-19 duty), subject to a satisfactory service certificate from the competent authority:
- COVID-19 duty: up to 5.0 marks per 6 months (0.83 marks/month)
- Tribal Area service: 2.5 marks per 6 months
- Rural Area service: 2.0 marks per 6 months
- Urban Area service: 1.0 mark per 6 months
- No weightage for service less than 6 months (Non-COVID)
Selection is done purely through a Merit List based on the above 100-mark formula, followed by Counselling as per Roster Points — there is no written test or interview for these posts.

- Fill in all personal, educational, and category details completely and accurately.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates (see Documents Required below).
- Enclose the application fee (Demand Draft/Bank Deposit receipt as applicable to your district).
- Submit the physical application at the designated DCHS office counter within office hours before the closing date.
- Obtain a dated acknowledgement from the receiving official as proof of submission.
- Do not wait for the last date — submit well in advance to avoid last-hour rush; applications received after the closing time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The tenure of appointment is initially one year from the date of joining and may be extended based on Government instructions and satisfactory performance. The District Selection Committee reserves the right to terminate contract/outsourcing services at any time.

- Valid registration certificate in AP Para Medical Board / Allied Health Care Sciences Council (wherever applicable)
- Study certificates from Class IV/I to X (for local candidature) — or Residence Certificate (Appendix-I) for private study candidates
- Valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/BC) — candidates without a valid certificate will be treated as OC
- Latest valid EWS certificate, where applicable
