🎓 Eligibility – Educational Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates) from a recognized university, OR a professional qualification such as CA, CMA-ICWA, CS, or CFA.
Work Experience: Candidates must possess post-qualification experience in credit-related roles, mandatory for all scales:
- MMGS-II: Minimum 3 years' relevant credit/banking experience
- MMGS-III: Minimum 5 years' relevant credit/banking experience
- SMGS-IV: Minimum 8 years' relevant credit/banking experience

Nationality
A candidate must be a Citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India (subject to possession of an eligibility certificate from the Government of India).

📝 Selection Process
1. Online Examination: Objective test comprising English Language (qualifying in nature) and Professional Knowledge (relevant to the post). Only Professional Knowledge marks are considered for merit ranking. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
2. Personal Interview: Conducted for candidates who qualify in the online test and rank sufficiently high in merit.
3. Final Merit List: If both stages are conducted, the final merit is prepared with 70% weightage to the Online Examination and 30% weightage to the Interview.
4. Document Verification: Shortlisted/selected candidates must produce original documents along with self-attested photocopies, including proof of date of birth, educational mark sheets/certificates, category certificates (if applicable), and experience certificates.
