🎓 Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government — as on 30.09.2026.

Final year/semester students may apply provisionally, subject to producing proof of passing on or before 30.09.2026.

Candidates with professional qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, or Cost Accountancy are also eligible.

💰 Salary & Perks

Starting Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- (plus 4 advance increments), in the scale ₹48480‑2000/7‑62480‑2340/2‑67160‑2680/7‑85920 (Junior Management Grade Scale‑I).

Approximate CTC at initial pay scale (Mumbai centre): ₹21.97 Lakhs per annum.

Additional benefits include DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS (Contributory Pension Fund), LFC, Medical Facility, Lease Rental Facility, and other allowances as per Bank rules.


📜 Bond, Probation & Career Path

Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹2.00 Lakhs to serve the Bank for a minimum of three years. The bond is invoked if the candidate resigns before completing 3 years.

Candidates will be on probation for two years, subject to continuous performance assessment, before confirmation in Junior Management Grade Scale‑I.

📊 CIBIL Score Requirement

Candidates with a default in repayment of any loan or credit card dues reflecting adverse CIBIL history must regularize all outstanding dues before joining the Bank. Failure to do so, or to produce NOC from the lender, will render the candidate ineligible and the offer of appointment will be withdrawn. It's advisable to check your CIBIL score before applying.

• Mobile phones, smart watches, and electronic devices are strictly banned inside exam/interview premises

• A valid Aadhaar card is required; Bank may conduct online Aadhaar verification at various stages

• Candidates serving in Government/PSU offices must submit a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of interview

• Outstation candidates called for interview are reimbursed Railway AC‑III fare for the shortest route (or actual expenses, whichever is lower)

• In case of tie at the cut-off in the final merit list, candidates are ranked by age in descending order (older candidate ranked higher)
