Educational Qualification & Experience

Mandatory for ALL posts: Graduation in any discipline from a Government-recognised University/AICTE institution.
Desirable: 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management + NISM/IRDA regulatory certifications.

1. AVP II Group Head (4 Vacancies)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing sales in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / Investments in the financial services industry. Must have managed a large team of Relationship Managers & Team Leads at Regional Level for at least 5 years.
2. AVP II Territory Head (17 Vacancies)
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Relationship Management in Wealth Management, of which at least 2 years as a Team Lead.
3. Deputy Manager Senior Relationship Manager (70 Vacancies)
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Security Firms, or Asset Management Companies. Should have experience managing HNI clients with Total Relationship Value (TRV) of ₹30 lakh minimum.
4. Deputy Manager Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance) (13 Vacancies)
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager / Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management. Excellent knowledge of Investment Products, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Insurance is required.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of multiple stages as decided by the Bank:

Psychometric Test Assesses personality, communication, clarity, problem-solving, and suitability for the role.

Salary / Remuneration

Note: Given the AVP and Deputy Manager designation levels and the competitive banking industry standards, these positions are expected to offer attractive CTC packages. Senior profiles (AVP II Group Head) can expect senior-level remuneration.

Nature of Employment (Contract Terms)

  • Initial contract period: 5 years from date of joining
  • Extendable for an additional maximum of 5 more years, subject to satisfactory performance and Bank's discretion
  • Contract ends automatically at expiry unless renewed
  • Maximum engagement valid until age 60 or end of contract, whichever is earlier
  • Selected candidate must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Credit History Requirement

Minimum CIBIL Score Required: 680 or above at time of joining.

Candidates who have defaulted on loans or credit cards, or have adverse CIBIL reports, will be deemed ineligible. The Bank reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage — even after joining — if the credit profile is found unsatisfactory.
