Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation with 60% aggregate (UR/OBC-NC) or 50% aggregate (SC/ST/PwBD)
- Engineering Graduates in Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation streams who have completed Engineering Graduation after 01-04-2023 onwards are eligible to apply. Candidates who have completed engineering prior to 01-04-2023 are not eligible for apprenticeship training.
Age Limit As On: 02-03-2026
Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years of age as on 02-03-2026
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years (maximum age 30 years)
- OBC-NC: +3 years (maximum age 28 years)
- PwBD: +10 years (maximum age 35 years)
HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026Salary/ Stipend
- Candidates selected as Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering) shall be paid monthly stipend of 25000/- (Rs 20,500 will be paid by HPCL & Rs 4500 will be directly paid to apprentices by GOI as per DBT scheme).
