The post of Senior Executive Trainee offers a structured compensation and long-term career commitment.Pay scale: E-3 Scale (₹24,900 – ₹50,500, pre-revised).
Bond requirement: Selected candidates must execute a ₹9 lakh bond to serve BSNL for a minimum of 5 years.
Probation and training: 2 years probation, running concurrently with 52 weeks of training.
