To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following general requirements as of 01-11-2025:Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
Single Application: A candidate is permitted to apply for only one discipline and location. Multiple applications will result in cancellation.
Educational Results: Final results for required qualifications must have been declared on or before 01-11-2025.

Minimum Age: 21 years.Maximum Age: 30 years.
Birth Window: Candidates must have been born between 01-11-1995 and 01-11-2004 (both dates inclusive).

While specific requirements vary by discipline (Annexure I), most roles require a minimum of 60% marks in Graduation or 55% marks in Post-Graduation .Mandatory Work Experience: All posts require a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience .

IT/Data Science: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or AI & Data Science.Finance: BBA/BMS (60%) or MBA/PGDM (55%) or ICAI Membership .

NABARD Young Professional Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
The recruitment follows a two-step evaluation process:Application Screening: Applications will be screened based on academic performance, relevance of work experience, and a Statement of Intent.
Presentation & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear before the Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC) for a presentation and interview.
Medical Fitness: Final appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by the Bank's approved medical officer.
