BEL Recruitment 2026 - Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration that increases annually over the three-year engagement period:1st Year: ₹30,000 per month 18
2nd Year: ₹35,000 per month 19
3rd Year: ₹40,000 per month 20
Additional Benefits:
Area Allowance: 10% of consolidated remuneration per month for candidates posted to customer sites21.Annual Allowance: ₹12,000 per year for insurance premium, attire, stitching charges, and footwear22.
Medical & Life Cover: Candidates must be covered under a medical insurance scheme (₹2 lakhs per annum) and life cover (₹5 lakhs) at the time of joining23.

The upper age limit for General and EWS candidates is 28 years24.
Age Relaxations:
OBC (NCL): 3 years 25
SC/ST: 5 years 26
PwBD (40% disability or more): 10 years (in addition to category relaxation) 27
BEL Recruitment 2026 - Educational Qualifications
Trainee Engineer-I: 4-year B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering degree in relevant disciplines (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical, or Chemical).Trainee Officer-I: MBA in Finance.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured a Pass Class in their respective degrees30.
Recognition: Degrees must be from AICTE/UGC approved colleges or recognized universities31.
Note: Candidates currently pursuing their final year of graduation/MBA or those already working as Trainee/Project Engineers in any BEL unit are not eligible.
BEL Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a Pre-registered Walk-in Selection33.Written Test: The test consists of 100 marks34.
Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 14 marks for each wrong response35.
Weightage: The written test carries 100% weightage for the final assessment36.

General/EWS/OBC: 35%
SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
SC/ST/PwBD: 30%

BEL Recruitment 2026 - How to Apply: Steps to Register
Pre-registration: Scan the QR Code provided in the official advertisement (see Page 4 of the document) to register before 09.01.2026.Fee Payment: Pay the application fee via SBI Collect (if applicable) and save the e-challan/receipt.
Application Form: Download and fill out the prescribed application form from the BEL website.
Attend Walk-In: Report to the venue on 11.01.2026 at 9:00 AM with the following documents:
- Duly filled application form and 2 passport-size photos.
- Proof of Age (SSLC/Matriculation Certificate).
- Degree Certificates and Marks Cards (all semesters).
- Caste/Disability Certificate (if applicable).
- SBI Fee Payment Receipt.
- No Objection Certificate (for candidates in Govt/PSU roles).
