Age Limit (as on 25-03-2026)
- Junior Executive (All Freshers Posts – 2.1 to 2.8): Maximum Age – 25 Years
- Engineer Posts (2.9 to 2.12): Maximum Age – 25 Years
- Officer – Finance / HR / IS (2.13 to 2.17): Maximum Age – 25 to 27 Years (varies by post)
- Experienced Professionals (3.1 to 3.29): Maximum age varies from 26 to 47 years depending upon the position and completed years of experience as per the table in the notification.
- FTC – Senior Cyber Security Strategist & Advisor (4.1): Maximum Age – 39 to 45 Years (depending on experience)
- SC / ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years relaxation
- PwBD (UR): 10 years relaxation
- PwBD (OBCNC): 13 years relaxation
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years relaxation
- Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989: 5 years relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen & Commissioned Officers: 5 years relaxation (subject to conditions)

Eligibility Criteria
Junior Executive Posts:- Assistant (2.1): Minimum 3-year full-time graduation in any discipline (excluding Engineering-UG/PG, Medicine).
- Civil (2.2): 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Mechanical (2.3): 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Electrical (2.4): 3-year full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Chemical (2.5): 3-year full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Quality Control (2.6): 3-year full-time B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- HR (2.7): 3-year full-time BBA / BBA (Honours) / BMS with HR specialization.
- Fire & Safety (2.8): Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety with a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Mechanical (2.9), Electrical (2.10), Civil (2.11), Chemical (2.12): 4-year full-time engineering degree in respective branches.
- CA (2.13): Qualified CA + minimum 3-year graduation in any discipline.
- CMA (2.14): Qualified CMA + minimum 3-year graduation.
- MBA (2.15): 2-year MBA in Finance + minimum 3-year graduation.
- HR Officer (2.16): 2-year Postgraduate in HR/Personnel/Industrial Relations/Psychology or MBA (HR).
- IS Officer (2.17): 4-year B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA.
- Official Language (Hindi) Implementation (3.1):
- 2-year Postgraduate in Hindi + minimum 3-year graduation with English as a subject.
- Officer – CBG Operations (3.2): 2-year MSc in Microbiology.
- HR Legal Officer (3.3): 3-year law course after graduation OR 5-year law course after 12th.
- Safety, Operations, Projects, Sales, Benzene/Toluene Handling, Lube Blending & Grease Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Plant Maintenance, Feedstock Procurement, Company Secretary, Sustainability, Technical Services, R&D, Polymer Export – require relevant 4-year engineering degree / M.Sc. / MBA as per specialization.
- IS/Data Management, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance (3.25–3.27), Enterprise Architect (3.28), HR Managers (3.29), Senior Cyber Security Strategist & Advisor (4.1):4-year B.Tech in Computer Science OR MCA.
- Some posts desirably require a 2-year full-time Master’s in Cyber Security / Information Security / OT Security.
- CA/CMA: Minimum 50% in CA/CMA.
- Graduation: UR/OBCNC/EWS – 65%, SC/ST/PwBD – 55%.
- All other posts: UR/OBCNC/EWS – 65%, SC/ST/PwBD – 55%.
All qualifications must be full-time regular courses from AICTE-approved / UGC-recognized universities or deemed universities.

- Upload the photograph and signature of the candidate during application. In case of wrong / missing photo / signature, the candidature will be cancelled.
