DSSSB MTS Recruitment 2026 -Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized Board/University/Institution.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be provided as per the table mentioned in para 8 of the full advertisement (category-wise).
Relaxation for Contractual Employees: Contractual employees of the same department may be eligible for a relaxation in the upper age limit up to the actual time spent as a contractual employee, subject to a maximum of 5 years. This is provided they have worked for at least 180 working days in that particular year.
Age Limit and Exemptions
Age Limit: The age limit for the MTS post is generally 18-27 years.Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be provided as per the table mentioned in para 8 of the full advertisement (category-wise).

Qualifying Marks
To achieve a qualitative selection, the Board has fixed minimum qualifying marks for the written examination:- General/EWS: 40%
- OBC (Delhi): 35%
- SC/ST/PH (PwBD): 30%
- Ex-servicemen: 5% relaxation in their respective categories, subject to a minimum of 30%.
Post Preferences & Allocation
- A combined examination will be held for all MTS posts.
- Candidates will be required to submit their department preference(s) at the time of the online calling of the e-dossier.
- Selection and allocation of the Department will be based on merit-cum-preference.
- Preference(s) once confirmed will be treated as FINAL and IRREVERSIBLE.
DSSSB MTS Recruitment 2026 - How to Apply
Applications must be submitted online through the DSSSB's official website.Registration: Candidates must first register on the DSSSB's portal, which is a one-time exercise:

Application Mode: The application must be submitted through Online Mode only. Applications received by post/hand/mail will be summarily rejected.
DSSSB MTS Recruitment 2026 - Application Fee:
The application fee is ₹100/- (One Hundred only).Fee Exemption: Women candidates, and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, PwBD, and Ex-serviceman categories are exempted from paying the fee.
Mode of Payment: The requisite fees must be paid only through SBI e-pay. The fee once paid is non-refundable.
Submission: Candidates are advised to submit the online application much before the closing date (15/01/2026) to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
Finality: Once the online application is submitted, no request for changing/correction/modification (including change of category) will be entertained.
