For ITI Trades: First, you must register yourself as a candidate on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal.
For Graduate/Diploma Trades: You must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
Complete your profile on the respective portal and upload all necessary documents. Keep your registration number safe.

Step 2: Apply on the NHPC Website
- Once you have your NAPS/NATS registration number, visit the official NHPC website.
- Navigate to the ‘Career’ section.
- Find the link for “Engagement of Apprentice” and click on “Apply Now.”
- Fill out the online application form with accurate details and your NAPS/NATS registration number.
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents (educational certificates, mark sheets, age proof, caste certificate, photograph, and signature).
- Submit the final application form and take a printout for your records.
